Album First Time – DJ DMC Mystic

A 70‑minute non‑stop journey through the origins of an era

First Time stands as the very first album ever produced by DJ DMC Mystic, a foundational work composed track by track between 1988 and 1991 using the legendary FastTracker II (FT2) environment.

This album, built as a continuous 70‑minute mix, was designed to be experienced as a single uninterrupted flow  a raw, immersive dive into the early creative universe of the artist.

Composed of 14 original tracks, First Time captures the essence of a generation shaped by the underground electronic scene.

The album blends an eclectic palette of styles: acid techno, techno, hardcore, soft acid, and techno‑trance, forming a unique sonic signature that defined the early DMC Mystic sound.

Over the years, this iconic project has undergone several meticulous studio restorations in 2001, 2020, and 2026  always with the intention of preserving the authenticity, texture, and spirit of the original compositions.

Each restoration brought clarity, depth, and modern precision, while respecting the raw energy of the FT2 era.
