    • Most of our images are generated by AI, and most of our photos are under photographic licenses and intellectual property rights of the DMC Mystic label.

  4. Malicious Exploitation
    • Any malicious exploitation of our resources, digital material, licenses, various rights on our works, and the entirety of the site is prohibited.

Legal Principles of Our MP3 Download Application

  1. Suspension of Sales: All our sales are currently suspended. It is not possible to download your favorite MP3s for a fee.
  2. Download Offers: All our offers, whether free or paid in the future, provide you with a lifetime download license via your download manager.
    2.1. Your downloads are available in MP3 formats from 192 to 320 Kbps, stereo, 44 kHz, or in ZIP format for our albums and maxi CDs.
    2.2. Downloading your albums in ZIP format comes with visuals related to the subscription.
  3. Download Formats: The download formats on our site are MP4 for certain videos configured and physically hosted on our servers for direct download on our website.
    3.1. Direct downloading of our YouTube content is not accepted and should not be done.
    3.2. Just like our texts, images, music, and other diverse rights on our DMC Mystic platform, our videos on the server and on YouTube follow the same rules as the “Intellectual Property” point on the DMC Mystic Platform.
    3.3  Your downloads are available in MP3 formats from 192 to 320 Kbps, stereo, 44 kHz, or in ZIP format for our albums and maxi CDs.
