Created on Christmas Eve 2015, the four tracks on the Family maxi CD possess a unique, almost inexplicable atmosphere. Developed using eJay House 6 and enriched with samples from other eJay series, they reflect a period of raw inspiration where technical spontaneity meets profound emotional sensitivity.
Although the tracks share the same KitDrum engine, each develops its own identity thanks to distinct bass lines and original melodies. This coherence within diversity creates a fluid whole, where each track brings a different emotional nuance while remaining connected to the same sonic core.
The intentionally played basslines form an expressive foundation that runs through all four tracks. They give the project an emotional, almost narrative continuity, while the melodies and effects cultivate a dreamy dimension, sometimes introspective, sometimes expansive.
But Family also carries a secreta half-unspoken truth, an enigma deliberately left open.
